Hi all. I have to know why my store was suspended???!!!
If it's cause of a USA teenager who bought from my store and then said I
was a scammer cause I don't take paypal,, then this better be rectified right
away because that is allowed to not take paypal and I didn't scam anyone!!!
Admin, please contact me right away! Everyone who knows me in the LEGO community
knows who I am and I've never scammed anyone!

I also have a NPB against this teenager who shouldn't be allowed on this
site. Then their negative feedback will be removed!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have just sent 2 messages to the Help Desk.
It only says I broke some rule but I haven't.
Can an Admin here help me quick as I need my store and inventory back.
I'm selling almost everything and have tons more work to do to sell it on
Bricklink.
I've helped hundreds of people use BL. Uploaded items and pictures to help
build Bricklink over my 15 years here!

I hope someone helps me like I have helped the LEGO community.
If you know me, please vouch for me!
Thanks you in advance.
Peace,
James

I am very sorry for your situation. I hope it is resolved very soon.

There have been several examples lately of stores being shut down for issues
related to payment. There should have been no issue with that buyer as they are
not from a state that collects sales tax. If one report from an angry customer
gets sellers shut down, then we are all in trouble.

A bit more transparency from BrickLink on the nature of the rules and communications
regarding store shutdowns is definitely needed.

Take care,
Jen

Thanks Jen!! Yes very true! This site isn't like a faceless place like
Facebook where they shut pages and groups down and not tell you!
Someone needs to explain their reasoning for why its shut down as I haven't
done anything wrong.
I'm building a brand with Dream Builder Bricks and have been around for 15
years!! I need my store and reputation intact!

Thanks,
Janes

BrickLink has started to do strange things with no explanation.

Today I had an item being deleted from my store for this reason

"Reason: Item is a clone, replica, photocopy, modified element, or is counterfeit"

So BrickLink is basically accusing me of fraud, but they do not say what they
base that on. The item in question are completely normal parts that were bought
directly from LEGO, and I have been selling them on BrickLink for 7 years.

I have contacted customer support about it, but I do not expect to get any answer.

If this is because someone has reported the item, it means that BrickLink operates
on a "Innocent until accused" basis.

A printed tile that is high priced, but that a number of sellers have available.
I see absolutely no reason why anyone should think they are not genuine.

Did you have a large quantity? That may have set off a question. Like the discussion
of someone who had 1K of a minifig from an expensive set but nothing else from
the set.

No; it was similar quantities as other sellers. And I would not have minded a
question from BrickLink; what I do not like is that they do not ask, and just
summarily decide that the items is illegal in some way, without even saying what
they think is wrong.

I'm sorry Helge - the fact that you bought (and I did, but never sold) officially
(with invoice and so on) some items doens't mean they officially support
or authorize their sale.

In other words, it's not authorized for sale - even if they've been legally
acquired.

IMO.

Thanks Sylvain, but your opinion is not correct in this case.

At the time I bought these items (7 years ago) LEGO had different rules. I bought
them with the intent to resell, and that were understood and authorised by LEGO.
They changed their rules about selling parts some time after that, and I were
no longer allowed to buy parts directly. (the change in the rules may have come
earlier or later in some markets) Many other BrickLink sellers had similar agreements
at that time.

There are still cases where persons or companies can buy parts directly from
LEGO, but with the clause that it is not for reselling commercially. I have never
bought parts form LEGO under those rules, not even through my LUG.

Anyway; by European laws, a seller of an item cannot legally retroactively decide
what can and cannot be done with an item they have sold. BrickLink can of course
decide that a certain part/set cannot be sold on BrickLink (like the 42113),
but they cannot single out individual sellers to not sell items that has been
legally acquired. So if the 42113 were on BrickLink, they could not have said
that sellers who had bought it in a toy store could sell them, but sellers that
had bought them directly from LEGO could not.

I perfectly understand you Helge!

But here it's not governed by European Laws.
It's BrickLink, a private company registered in USA, and not TLC Denmark.

Here there are Terms we (have to) agree to, and where they can decide what's
you're authorized to sell or not, for absolutely whatever reason.

This is how I see it.

This is how I see it.

My point is still this:

The item in question did not break any rule what so ever; neither legal ones
(European or American) nor internal BrickLink rules.

Nor were I given any specific explanation for why they thought so.

If you still think that I have broken some rule, please let me know what rule
that is. The options are, as stated by BrickLink: "Reason: Item is a clone, replica,
photocopy, modified element, or is counterfeit" Just claiming that I do not have
the authorisation to sell one specific item (which is not really particular in
any way) is pointless.

If BrickLink do not authorize that the item in question is sold, they should
remove the item from the catalogue, as they did with the 42133, not randomly
strike down on some sellers. And if they do not authorize one printed tile to
be sold, why should they allow other printed tiles to be sold? And if you continue
that train of though, why allow any part at all to be sold?

In general I think that BrickLink should start to contact sellers before they
hand out punishment.

This one case is no big deal: it is the way BrickLink has started to do things
that worry me.

Oh then I've no idea - and I don't think I know the item you're talking
about, so I can't have any opinion on this, sorry.

If BrickLink do not authorize that the item in question is sold, they should

I wonder too.
If some item becomes Unauthorized, then it should be suddenly removed/hidden/whatever
from ALL the Shops.
Catalog is another problem.

But apparently it doesn't work like this; maybe they don't have the technical
means to do so. We already have seen some shops progressively complaining the
same item disappearing...

I'd guess you're just "one in a batch" of removals?
I'm very sorry.

I 100% agree with you on this.

Many here live for and from this business.
While BL have probably no obligation to, a simple word explaining what happens
would be a nice gesture - especially when families can be endangered IRL by even
a relatively short shop closure

For the record: I did actually get an apology from BrickLink now, stating that
many such removals are being done and that mistakes happens.

But I still think that their method for handling removals and shop closures are
too fast and summarily.

Why would BL not see all these posts and fix the issue; notification? Are they
just turning a deaf ear to all the cries for common decency explaining their
actions. Are they really that arrogant that they feel no need to answer? Are
they even part of this community or in some little office in the third basement
of some building in a low rent district? Everyone here, for the most part, are
nice and thoughtful. Why not the guy with the bottom that closes stores. There
seems to be absolutely compassion or even a minute given to write a short note.
Jeez, it baffles my sense of fairness. Everyone is relative attentive to the
community but the button guy. WHY, BUTTON GUY, DO YOU NOT EVER RESPOND?

Why has our community engagement person disappeared?

Is CE_Tanja okay? Was she kidnapped by the dark side? Are her hands tied by corporate?

Maybe someone on the Marketplace Panel (or Seller Panel, whatever it’s called…)
could broach this subject with her?

Maybe we can all get TLC to hire more admins and pay them to take care of stuff
better? I'll apply! I still haven't heard from anyone yet!!
I haven't tried Brick Owl yet, but it was created by a pissed off guy from
here. I can't remember his name but I remember the heated debates in the
forum years ago!! 😉

I think he is referring to Foster. I think we disliked each other a lot, but
we were friends.

I never viewed him as a "pissed off guy" either. Though some that engaged him...
that's another story

I can't politely say what I think about Foster
It took months and zillion posts to get a Weight in the Cart.

Timothy was calling him a "Sock Puppet" hee hee.

Sure anyway, we all miss him.
But to be fair also anyone we used to talk with and went out of scope.

Indeed, I don't think he was pissed off, he just realised he could make a
much more modern site similar to BL but with more / different buyer and seller
features and respond to customers' (sellers' requests for features they
wanted.

I last saw CE_Tanja in a meeting in January, I asked her if I could follow
up on that status of what was discussed, She agreed. The last time she answered
an email was 6 months ago. Has anyone seen her in a marketplace panel more recently?
Are those meeting still happening?

We, on the ‘Amazing Studio Panel’ (yep, it’s its name ), got an invitation
from her for a meeting early September.

That’s mostly why I thought the Marketplace Panel would meet about then too and
that it was a good way to talk about the communication problem.

Random question: what platform is this panel going to be held? Zoom? Also, is
anyone allowed to join? I’d love to listen in.

Yes, a very select club

(And on Teams )

More seriously, I think you can ask Tanja to join.  That wouldn’t be immediate
because they want the group(s) to stay small but also want to have new blood
from time to time (yearly?).

Tanja is on vacation until the 23rd. Or she was kidnapped along with Russell
by Aliens experimenting with human bodies. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barney_and_Betty_Hill)

Vacations? This reminds me the concept.

Our shipping method La Poste Colissimo International have had USA in "Zone 5".

But because a recent extra fee for US Customs, I've put USA in what I named
"Zone 51".

Still making me chuckle from time to time

I even think the US should be called Area 51 at this point.
There is a very good book, Area 51, by a LA Times reporter Annie Jacobsen. Very
not conspiracy oriented but there was a lot from interviews because that is where
all the supersonic planes were developed. About one chapter was written about
the flying saucer things. The aliens did bring Barney and Betty back so Tanja
and Russell may show up someday.

Can someone who has the email of CE_Tanja share it ? cusotmer service isnt responding
and is letting people down and something should be done about it - closing stores
and affecting peoples livelihood - I have tried all avenues I can think of and
the only answer I received was that i was unblocked -but I wasnt and the email
was a NO reply so i couldnt tell them - I saw on here that someone has her email
- maybe if enough people complain something will be done to improve the customer
service system

Your store is not suspended, it's open to me.

While I were there I saw something very strange. It looks like you have thousands
of the same parts broken up in several lots. For instance you have 14 lots of
medium azure brick 1x1, each in quantity 5.

Someone looking for say 38 of those bricks will never find your store. They simply
won't show up in search results although you have them. To get more sales
you may want to consolidate those lots.

and is letting people down and something should be done about it - closing stores
and affecting peoples livelihood - I have tried all avenues I can think of and
the only answer I received was that i was unblocked -but I wasnt and the email
was a NO reply so i couldnt tell them - I saw on here that someone has her email

To get more sales
you may want to consolidate those lots.

my store is restored- I did go on every platform and email the foundation - putting
it up on twitter instagram , facebook etc but anyway it worked .I a so relieved

hand out punishment.

This one case is no big deal: it is the way BrickLink has started to do things
that worry me.

Standing Ovation 🧍‍♂️ 🧍‍♂️ 🧍‍♂️ for you sir!!!

I posted this same help post in the BrickLink Facebook group and some trolls
think they cause me for tax evasion 🤣. I'm in Canada so how would I know
your government wants you guys to pay taxes on every yard sale item you pick
up?? Lol
And how many years has everyone used BrickLink and even eBay where we never charged
taxes for anything we bought off grandma selling stuff through sites??
But they feel so proud like they caught me. Lmao. One idiot took screen shots
and will send to the irs Lol. Real helpful to me getting admin to open my store
so I can fix these issues.

Can everyone email admin and ask for answers for me and ask them to reopen my
store please? It would mean a lot. And 100 emails might get noticed.

Peace, James

Things change.  Laws change.  You need to realize that and adapt.

WHat I dont get is that BL is officially part of the Lego group. My customer
service experience at Lego.com is a 10/10. It seems the customer service at BL
is not close to that.

Closing stores without proper explanation is very wrong, and extremely poor customer
service. I believe the site is remembering Dan this month, I am sure Dan would
have had better experience in mind for the users of his creation.

And it cost NOTHING to improve communication, and putting a one warning system
in place. Or a chance for rebuttal before action is taken.

And it cost NOTHING to improve communication, and putting a one warning system
in place. Or a chance for rebuttal before action is taken.

Of course it costs to improve communication. Do you think customer service and
communication staff work for free, or do nothing except respond to people that
are often breaking rules or failing to pay their invoices in a reasonable time?

As for warning, it depends what the suspended store is doing. When it comes to
not paying their fees, they get plenty of notice. When it comes to wrongly listed
items, know the rules! If they are doing things like tricking people into using
friends and family at paypal of course it should be stopped immediately. A rebuttal
system costs them more as if it is for an infringing listing, for example, they
first investigate a report, then would have to communicate what is wrong, then
check again if the seller has dealt with it. If BL staff know the seller is breaking
rules, should they allow them to continue with the rule breaking until the seller
responds, or should they suspend until the seller responds. If I listed a minifig
incorrectly, for example, I'd prefer they just remove it rather than suspend
my store until I deal with it. Of course, they could inform tge seller but leave
the item and leave the store open, but that would mean the seller gets away with
it.

These investigations and communications around them DO cost money, as a paid
employee does it. It is not a voluntary position. There are plenty of sellers
that pay their fees on time and don't break rules, why should they have to
pay higher fees to employ more people to deal with sellers that don't pay
on time, rack up multiple NSS at once and continually break listing rules?

I agree reasons should be clearer when action is taken so sellers can be sure
they know what they have done wrong, but action should still be taken when something
is wrong. Especially where it is not paying fees, a suspension of a month is
maybe not a bad thing. Buyers get hit with NPB if they don't pay, why should
sellers that use a service and not pay get away with it? Hopefully sellers that
are suspended would learn from it and in future pay their fees on time, like
most other sellers.

Niek, I believe the 42133 is a typo. In an earlier post, helge referenced 42113,
which can no longer be found in the catalog.

But doesn’t that mean it should just be added to the “unreleased sets” category?

I mean, it has official inventory and instructions, and was released by small
toy retailers. That’s really weird imo

Can you use the official Lego instruction manual inventory to add that? I’d be
willing to if I could just do that?

I did also hear that that was only 1 of the reasons but the “main” reason was
actually a design flaw with gears in it breaking super fast so they canceled
its release so they wouldn’t get hit down the road with problems. I remember
I heard someone that made a good point on how LEGO wouldn’t have gone thru the
entire process (not cheap) of making the set to pull the plug last minute since
it was to violent

I think I remember reading a blog post - maybe on BrickSet - where the design
flaw was discussed and actually fixed by the author.

If it's cause of a USA teenager who bought from my store and then said I

Admin, please contact me right away! Everyone who knows me in the LEGO community

I also have a NPB against this teenager who shouldn't be allowed on this

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Communication from Bricklink is terrible. I cannot think of a reason that they
could suspend your store if all is as you say. But that is not what this thread
is about. It is about a lack of humility on the part of Bricklink. They often
do not explain their actions even though their actions have a great impact on
the people they suspend. It is easy enough to tell the person the reason why
as it is to suspend them. It is as if they feel they do not owe an explanation
and have no second thoughts that they may not be perfect and do make mistakes.
I wonder if their thought process is "Let them eat cake."

Would that count as sales tax avoidance? I didn’t ready anything else from the

Thanks, I didn't see your reply on that other post.
But actually, I don't have to charge tax to USA buyers and that's legal
cause I'm in Canada. I work for a 50 year old company of sporting goods.
We only sell to Canada and USA. When a USA buyer buys from the website, they
are NEVER charged taxes and can check out with the purchase price and shipping
is the only thing added. We don't charge taxes and leave it to the boarder
and the buyer to pay the taxes if it's needed.

Thanks,
James

Dosnt the buyer pay the tax need thru bricklink now tho. Even tho the seller
isn’t required to collect it bricklink now is required to and as such the buyer
has to pay bricklink whenever they purchase thru bricklink (or any site that
deals in sales volume over x amount of dollars) so technically you wouldn’t be
collecting the sales tax but bricklink would on behalf of the buyer.

Yes maybe your right... But can't a BrickLink admin tell us about these
things and help their customers, (Us Sellers who pay their bills.), what we
need to change to make it all work out???
I'm afraid to use PayPal now because of sellers being scammed and screwed
by buyers who lie and PayPal gives them their money back and the seller loses
the item and shipping!!!

I do agree that for parties involved there should be better info given. As for
PayPal I’ve used it for about 7.5k transactions and haven’t been scammed once
yet. We typically only hear of the horror stores but buyers can file claims pretty
much any way they pay. I’ve actually had someone try to scam me on PayPal but
PayPal actually stepped in and protected me from the buyer and I didn’t have
to give any refunds

Yes I have a great reputation with PayPal and they have always sided with me...
but I shouldn't have to fight, worry and stress about that stuff. So it's
easier for my life to just not. I don't have to sell to USA either. And
Canada post already killed my overseas business cause of increased prices. 😔

You should see if you have a chit chats near you. If you use them you can ship
stuff fully tracked overseas for as little as $10 to some countries

We actually do,,, but the one near me has a very bad reputation and bad feedback
for over charging and losing packages!!! They need to improve before I can trust
them.

I’ve had several lost packages with them but they have super cheap insurance
so it would be cheeper for buyers if you charge them the extra .49 for insurance
(if under $100) and then they save many times more than that on standard shipping.

Would that count as sales tax avoidance? I didn’t ready anything else from the
terms but just saw this when it was brought up yesterday

Are you working for a franchise company that is "owned" by someone in Canada?
If this is the case, then that is you delta. BL is a USA based company and
has to abide by US law. Even though they are owned by TLC, they are US based.
You don't get to make your own rules and when you break them, this is what
happens. If this is your stance, I don't see a why of convincing the admins
that you would fix the problem in the future to allow them to reopen your store
again.

But your store is on a platform that is based in the US. You are selling on
a platform that is US based and this is the key piece. Unless you are brick
and mortar with your own order system, you have to abide by the rules and laws
by the country of origin.

Additionally, I 100% agree that there needs to be more transparency on support
issues and why things are happening but that feels like a mute point at this
time.

I get you point. Maybe I have to stop USA sales, or conform. Shame cause I have
such great stuff still to list.

You might look at it from another angle, James: Practically speaking, it’s BrickLink
that “charge a USA buyer any taxes” via third party arrangements.

You, as representing today’s online vendor, do not determine, apply to invoice
(charge) or have access to any tax-funds collected for remittance.

As it stands currently, the site can only fulfill what is now an obligation,
by using the payment process. The Onsite method, contractually allows for this.

Hi there. Yes you're right. So I either stop selling to USA buyers, or
conform and risk stress and pain. 😔

This.

Also (and not unsignificantly) - your terms flat-out advised US BL customers
to contact you off-site to arrange a sale. You can't use BL to generate Lego
sales that doesn't end up as an order with BL.

Wow. Too far, dude. He’s been on BL far longer then you and I. That was just

It has nothing to do with parenting or judging, it was making a point. If
the site admins fell like you won't make an effort to correct mistakes they
won't reinstate your selling or buying privileges. It's happened in
the past and we know they read comments in the forum as well so if you say you
don't care or compare it to another business and make it sound like you won't
fix it in the future, they could easily say they won't let you sell again.

Also, just because I haven't been on this platform doesn't mean that
I have no knowledge of the process from an outside view or another platform or
business. I'm just making a statement based on the information provided

I have no problem fixing ANYTHING I did wrong or mistakes in my store. I was
NEVER told why they closed my store. So I'm waiting for an answer. This way
maybe an admin will notice and help me fix it.
I'm used to the old ways on here so didn't know I had to do it their
way. I can either stop Selling to USA buyers like I have for overseas buyers
cause of high shipping prices. Or put paypal back on my store and open it up
to everyone.
Thanks for your help and knowledge.

For that matter it's legal for me to sell to buyers in other states and not
collect sales tax (it's on the buyer to pay it), as long as I don't have
a physical presence in those states - the law is that online marketplaces (BrickLink,
eBay, etc., etc.) have to collect and remit sales tax. So if I want to sell on
BrickLink I have to allow a payment method (PayPal or Stripe) that enables them
to collect that tax.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I see now how BL is in the USA so I would have to
let them charge the taxes to USA buyers on my sales. But I didn't have paypal
activated so I never sold to USA buyers and all orders were cancelled or NPB
reports completed when the buyer never paid.

But BL still won't activate my store again saying I did tax evasion which
I actually did not! So now I am waiting for them to take their time and decide.
I will need everyone's support to convince them to turn it back on.

Thanks.
James

You literally said in your terms that any US customers should contact you directly
so you could sell them their parts outside of BL. Not only were you transacting
using the BL system without BL getting their fees (which is against the ToS),
technically BL still facilitated in getting that order done, so states could
have an argument of tax evasion in these cases. Whether that would be a solid
argument I don't know, but I can definitely see BL not wanting to "test the
waters" there.

Either way, you will have to work this out with BL. I don't see any use in
getting "everyone's support" as nobody else but you and BL are involved here,
and to put it bluntly "everyone" only sees your side of the story.

Anyways, still good luck.

Hi Nick. Thanks for your response.
No I didn't say or mean do a deal outside of BL!
I said contact me but then I'd go through BL for the sale. I'd get a
few emails saying that they can't order in my store because I didn't
have the auto paypal on.
But nothing went through.
But they have said they give 2nd chances but not to me?
And support would mean emailing admins and asking for me to be reimbursed stated.
And admin canceled a NPB report I have against a, None Paying Buyer! Lol.
So they are trying to hurt me and let a buyer who's under age keep his account
and a negative on my profile. This happened with the Asian owners when I reported
a seller who circumvents fees. They didn't care and left my Neg feedback
there but told me they would remove it. Admin have different standards for who
they like and don't!

John P

Hi John! Thanks for your reply and good to hear from you again. I haven't
been in the forums as much as I used to.

So maybe it's time for the big users of this site come together and demand
answers and better service???!!! WE helped build Bricklink with Daniel Jezek
and we consider this OUR site, no matter what company owns it now! So now we
want better communication, integrity and customer service from who runs it now.
Some people's LIVES depend on Bricklink so if poor decisions are made about
a person's store, it can't be taken lightly and needs to be human in
it's handling of such major decisions! This is OUR Bricklink!!!

Peace,
James

Oh boy!! It’s getting intense!! I can’t wilt to see how far this goes! I’m in

Shouldn’t they have more of a say then they do now? You got my name on the petition!

You think it is getting intense now. You should have been here 10 years ago.
Nothing going on here compared to then. We did help build bricklink but I do
not think that entitles us to anything. We did it for a love of Lego. Dan had
all the right ideas (except naming Bricklink BrickBay.) So many of my pictures
and inventories were used in the early days, but I did not think there was anything
owed to me. I just enjoyed being around others that love Lego and was happy
to help.

Agreed. But it should help us get a little more respect and communication from
an admin to explain what we might be doing wrong with these new rules and stuff.

It is possible that the post's that say we will work something out because
you don't accept PayPal set off a red flag that you might , I said might,
be circumventing BL's fees. I am not accusing you, but it gives the impression
that you might be making deals based on orders on BL that are collected outside

As I put on your facebook post, I suspect the reason for your suspension is that
you say you're ok shipping to the US, but advertised that because you don't
take paypal, they would be avoiding the tax.

Bricklink can't allow users to break a law in a country that bricklink operates
in.

Hi Brett. Yes maybe I need to word that differently. But BL should have explained
that to me. But my company I work for doesn't charge USA buyers any tax
either. And it's a 50 year old company and have been audited by the government

you don't accept PayPal set off a red flag that you might , I said might,

Oh yes I see what you mean. Never had a deal outside of here but I wish I could

Bricklink is in the US though, and that's where the transaction takes place.

Your choices seem to be, ship to the US and allow them to tax their citizens
based on their laws, or don't ship to the US..

eBay has started collecting tax on Canadian purchases as well, so I'm sure
Bricklink is not far behind.

Technically they were supposed to be collecting it already here in Canada on

It’s not because BL is in the US that BL has to collect US Sales tax.  It’s because
BL is a marketplace and the buyer is a US state that has a law that makes marketplaces
responsible of collecting Sales tax from their inhabitants.

BL could well be incorporated anywhere else that it would be the same.

Yep - like Aliexpress which collects VAT, hummmpff

Since this moment all EU prices increased by VAT (eg. 20%) + a few percents in
general because the sellers extra work/costs/fees to collect and pay.

Before you didn't have to pay VAT for small orders (15€, 22€?), so it's
a 25% increase small people making small orders has been extra charged.

I'll stay polite and won't say what I think about this.

See it that way: it’s a tax hole, an unfair advantage for foreign sellers, that’s
been plugged.

But BL is a marketplace, and has to make sure buyers pay taxes in front,

Your Company may not do distant sales, or has another status that authorizes
what they do, apparently.

On the other side, every shop owner should receive an e-mail or a message explainging
even in a few words why the shop has been closed.

But also, we're in August; it's not a "normal" period

I do agree BL should communicate better (and I am aware this is not a court of
law, and IANAL), but if you look at it from a "laws" point of view - ignorance
of the law is never an excuse for breaking it, ask any lawyer. In BL's case,
the ToS is part of their law. Specifically, the following sections may
apply to your case (and there might be others):

Section 4, 3rd paragraph
Section 10.4

https://www.bricklink.com/v3/terms_of_service.page

However blunt the results are, I do agree with BL closing your shop. You will
need to work this out with BL admin, hopefully the closure is temporary and you
can work things out.

This is where your comfort level comes in. You could always try Paypal again
and if you start running into many issue with buyers, you can always turn it
back off again. Either way, hopefully you get your store back and continue your
selling journey.

Sounds like this store has been selling this way for a long time and wasn't
aware of the rule changes or stricter enforcing of the rules. Ok, fine. Say the
seller was wrong. Couldn't Bricklink have taken five seconds to explain to
the seller (whose been on Bricklink for FIFTEEN YEARS!!!!) what the issue with
their store was and what needs to be done to rectify the situation. Honestly,
the communication skills of Bricklink are just preposterous.

And if every store operated and treated it's customers the way Bricklink
treats it's sellers, every single store, and I mean every single store, on
Bricklink would be shut down.

Love the last word. The only problem is those that should explain will only
create reasons they do not to make themselves correct in what they do. In my
20 years or so here I do not remember an Admin saying they were wrong about anything.
I suggest that speaks volumes about their attitudes regarding what the members
say.

So I think all the forum users here have identified why this store was closed.

Love the last word. The only problem is those that should explain will only
create reasons they do not to make themselves correct in what they do. In my
20 years or so here I do not remember an Admin saying they were wrong about anything.
I suggest that speaks volumes about their attitudes regarding what the members
say.

Just to make myself clear, this site could not exist without admins. For experience,
the forum would run wild without them. It is just their dogged determination
not to be questioned.
I have a lot of respect for the catalog admins. It is extremely hard to catalog
variations with the total number of items now and discovered from the past.
That will be the long term value of Bricklink. Members, admins, sellers, buyers
come and go, but the catalog will always live. Bricklink knows more about the
various elements and sets than Lego itself does.

Hi Friend

Got the same treatment from the bricklink support, Seller privileges suspend
without any notice, more than 20 emails to support with no answer. Just that
it was a preventive action. Quite annoying !

No radio silence and stuck with my store not able to handle orders quite unfair.
So I totally understand your situation, seems we are several got those suspensions.
