Thank you for enabling distance selling!

We want to inform that you have reached the EUR 10,000 distance selling threshold
on BrickLink for the 2021 calendar year. The new EU Marketplace rules went into
effect on July 1, 2021 indicating that any seller with more than EUR 10,000 worth
of distance sale of goods must register with their local tax authorities and
charge the VAT rate of the buyer’s country.

We have currently requested for your documentation to be resubmitted. Reasons
why the submission was declined are as follows:
- absent or mismatching OSS number (no country ID);
- absent or mismatching name and/ or address.

The VAT/OSS section in our store management has not been touched since the beginning
of the year. Document is still showing up as attached and was approved by BL
a very long time ago.

Raised a ticket but you know how it goes. Posting this here to see if anyone
else is experiencing the same?

I received the same message today while I provided the confirmation e-mail of
my OSS registration (I didn't get an official document from my local tax
authority just this e-mail) back in the end of March and I started to charge
VAT on EU order from the 1st of April. I don't know the reason of the rejection,
I'm waiting for them to reply. I also contacted my local tax authority if
it's even possible to send me a document.
