It always amazes me that Lego this (and lots of other parts) made only ‘once’.
These moulds are very expensive, why not use it for other minifigs?
In this case it might be movierights but in case of other parts most of the time
it isn’t.

Well, I’m not against mould improvements but as Tonnic said, some seem really
badly tought out and (therefore) short-lived.
