| Had a customer place an order. I sent him a message that payment didn't go
through and he left me negative feedback (my first on BL.) He hadn't paid
or responded to communication in 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order.
Does feedback from a cancelled NPB order get removed?
Kind of irks me this is how I lost my 100% feedback...

Did you complete the NPB? You should generally always complete them if they
do not pay. Only then do you cancel the order.

Did you complete the NPB? You should generally always complete them if they

When cancelling the order I selected NPB as the reason. Is there another way
I need to complete the NPB?

| I think once a npb is completed the feedback is removed during the daily maintenance |

Are you sure they left you a negative? On your orders screen, the feedback symbol
automatically turns to red with a NBP whether they left feedback or not.
It's a bad system.

Are you sure they left you a negative? On your orders screen, the feedback symbol
automatically turns to red with a NBP whether they left feedback or not.
It's a bad system.

They left feedback two weeks prior to me cancelling the order dew to NPB. Sorry,
it was just neutral feedback but still kills my 100%.

If you completed the NPB, then the feedback should be removed during maintenance
tonight.
My understanding is that the feedback may have qualified for removal anyway under
the 'Feedback system is being used to send messages.' rule.

Thanks, me too. If it isn't removed in a few days. Is there any other action
