Hello all,
I'm quite new to bricklink just had over 10 orders and
I have a questions:

I have received a order on July 7 2022 and the buyer marked it as received on
July 9.
Now after that... nothing so on July 14 I send the buyer a message asking if
everything was okay with the order, and if it was all good if they could mark
it as complete but they still have not read my message or responded.

What should/can I do?

Dont worry about it. once you have shipped out the order it doesn't matter
what status it stays in. I would not recommend bugging the buyer for them to
change the status as it isn't important and will likely annoy the buyer.
not everyone will mark it as received or complete.

received betekend uiteindelijk ''ontvangen''
en misschien denkt hij dat t goed is zo.

en daarintegen geeft ongeveer 20% van alle kopers nooit feedback of zet de order
op completed
is nou eenmaal zo..niks aan te doen...
beter zo dan negatieve feedback..toch ?

Ik zou kunnen snappen als iemand niet goed snapt hoe en wat "received" betekent.


Als ik u nog een vraag kunnen stellen:
Als u ziet dat een koper uit Nederland komt stuurt zou u dan een Engels bericht
stuuren of Nederlands?

kopers uit nederland stuur ik altijd een bericht en invoice in t Nederlands,
tenzij ik twijfel aan afkomst w.b.t de achternaam
dan doe ik allebei
