| Oi gang!
Some time ago I bought some parts and didn't properly check them, just chucked
them into my storage
Two months later I needed the parts to MOC and low and behold, they were not
what I ordered!
(Common city windows instead of castle windows)
So, I contacted the seller, offered to send pics and return the parts ... but
noooo. I was told to just sit tight and he would get the parts from another seller
The right parts arrived and I'm sure that this sale was a loss to the seller
However, this means that I'm VERY much likely to return to this shop and
if that seller is in any need of a favour I'm 100% available 
So three cheers to LarsCNielsen and his shop BR Brick Store

While it is great that they put right their mistake once it was pointed out,
there are 1000s of transactions every day where the seller didn't make any
mistakes and got things right first time. Hopefully buyers are also likely to
return to those stores and do favours for them if needed.

As it will always be too, living in an imperfect world. All we can do,
is approach perfection without ever achieving it. Some sellers like Carol

I must admit, I have had only unbelievable buying experiences with Carol.
Even for very complex deals, including asking her to acquire some items for our
projects!
Her level of dedication is incredible.
I'd like to do this but can't; it's unfortunately impossible (at
least for us) when having so few hands and so much orders in quantity.
Thanks again Carol if you'd to read this, you're really a model for many
of us.

| Glad you were happy and kudos to the seller for making it right. Personally
I would never buy from another seller and ship to the buyer because of wrong
parts. As the seller, I would have no way to guarantee quality in that case
unless I first have them shipped to me which makes it take that much longer for
the end buyer to get their parts. I just go the refund route if I make a mistake.
