| As subject,
I had placed an order in Jun 9th and this guy has never shipped the items to
me nor neither replied any message. I posted this because I don’t want anyone
here will lose any money but never get what you want. My son has been looking
for a part for replacing his minifigure. And now I have to look and pay again.
This seller is definitely irresponsible and not reliable at all.

If what you say is true then you should start an NSS and file a PayPal claim.

Alot of people don't read the feedback and probably don't read here either.
i am having the same problem with another seller I waited 3 days for an invoice
and now another 3 days for it to ship. i will wait 3 more before submitting NSS

Alot of people don't read the feedback and probably don't read here either.
i am having the same problem with another seller I waited 3 days for an invoice

It is up to other people if they check feedback or not. If they cannot be bothered
to read feedback for a seller they are about to buy from using a simple one-click
process, then they are certainly not going to come to the forum and search for
that seller's name and see if there are negative comments about them.
Feedback is there as the primary warning mechanism on bricklink for transactions
gone wrong, supplemented by NPB/NSS/etc. If others refuse to read warnings, it
is on them.

I'm not supporting in any way not responding to messages. With that said,
it has been 4 days, two of which were the weekend, and the store terms state
that shipping can take up to a week. You need to give the seller at least that
time before complaining.
If you haven't heard anything after that time, then I would suggest starting
a NRS procedure.

Oops, my mistake.
In that case I would definitely start NSS if the seller hasn't responded
to any messages.
I hope you paid by Paypal, if so, put a claim in with them.

I would have tapped it down a bit. As someone said use your PayPal and Bricklink
resources first.
I know it is a terrible feeling to be taken advantage of. There are days one
wished they owned a nuclear weapon and a delivery system.
