| Hiya guys, any reason for the holdup on the approval for this set ?
Is there anything else that needs to be submitted etc that I can help with ?
Have a bunch of these sets I need to part out.

| The inventory is being worked on by someone, and it will be completed soon. After
that, it will need to be verified before the inventory can be approved. Patience
is the name of the game.

| Im confused by the labling, ie when you look it up it shows:
Inventory Pending Approval (?) in RED / not a link, I thought this meant it is
just waiting to be verified / approved.
But when its in 'Blue' its a link you can click on that takes you to
a list of sets people are still working on / pre-approval (which i though was
limited to 5 days).
Am i reading this right ? Can't find anything in BL help about the distinction
/ exactly why some are in Red (not clickable) / why some are in Blue with a link
etc.

| The labels are actually incorrect. Ones in blue that state "Inventory In Progress"
with a link are actually just reserved to be inventoried. They have not actually
been started. Ones in red that state "Inventory Pending Approval" can be in any
state from having just been started to actually being verified. In the case of
the set you are inquiring about, it is being worked on, but is not yet complete.
When it is completed, it will be verified in a day or two.

| Thanks heaps Randy, that is very helpful / best explanation I've gotten from
anywhere!
Is there any tool / easy way to look up who is working on an inventory ? (again
I can only seem to find the reserved ones). I've got time and more than willing
to offer help to whoever is doing it (ie piccs or anything else they need), just
don't know who to send a message too

Most everything about our catalog contributions can be found under the Market:
Add or Change tab.
The Approval Pending Overview shows you everything you could ever want to know
about how and what is being contributed to the catalog. (And what the admins
have to sift through!)
More fun: If you click on Add Inventory: -Set et al you can see which haven't
been started via the Sets Not Yet Inventoried link, and pick one out to work
on.
The Inventories tab has a link to Items Reserved to be Inventoried which I believe
last for 3 days. After that, it is normal for a contributor to submit a rough
draft of the inventory and send it to Pending status. It remains there while
the submitter does all the work of adding new parts, adding extras, and checking
variants.
One of the things I enjoy about our catalog is how transparent the entire process
is.
