| Is there a way to find bricklink sellers in my city? A filter or something that

Nope! Country and State/Province are all you get.

I guess it's not allowed for privacy reasons: a seller/buyer address is known
only when a transaction is created.
But some sellers, just like us, have to publish their address (company...) or
want to do it.
So, you could search in your Province and check Terms page if you see an address?
I guess you may also send a few Contact/Messages if you don't abuse or automatize
making a message bombing
