Hello,

As far as my research shows,
 
Set No: 40464 Name: Chinatown polybag
* 		40464-1 (Inv) Chinatown polybag
35 Parts, 2021
Sets: xtra
 
Set No: 40465 Name: Food polybag
* 		40465-1 (Inv) Food polybag
36 Parts, 2021
Sets: xtra
have no instructions.

The instructions appear to be printed on the polybag itself.

Yet, a bunch of sellers seem to have them for sale:
[i=40464]
[i=40465]
so I cannot change the number of instructions to None via the normal form.

Is anything to be done?

This move is blocked by hidden listings and / or wanted lists. I have taken the
next step to remove those issues, and when completed, we will be able to remove
the instructions entry.
