| I just got my first neutral after 2000 orders. As you all know, it sucks because
it broke my 100% positive feedback for the store.
What is strange is this was an order from Feb 20th. The feedback was left today
but the feedback was BLANK. (I left positive feedback back on March 7th).
I checked the buyer's history and today they left all their sellers a blank
neutral on the same day. Possible bug with a dormant or deactivated account?

In short, buyers* are (mostly) not in forum, may not comprehend well english,
didn't read the Help, the TOS and the Store Terms and DO NOT understand how
Neutral affects the seller and the stats.
*apart this, buyers are wonderful people.

For sellers it's important.
But buyers don't care; it's already difficult to buy, and if you receive
(hopefully, imagine) your order (because terms like "wo aren't responsible
bla bla") - then you should come back to the site, discuss the 3 e-mails and
contacts of the worried seller and leave an appreciation of the transaction?
This is 2022: people pay and want to receive what they ordered. Dot.
Personnaly I've put maybe 20 or 30 appreciations on Amazon, but for years
now I buy (teh less I can), and I'm (globally happy) and that's it.
If I'm VERY happy I'll be back to the shop, or this same product (I did,
for some).
If I'm VERY unhappy I send it back, or for low values, direct to the landfill.

force, I'd invoice and ship - we'd share the profits, erm say proportionnaly

BTW guy/people, seriously (and if possible) please make other shipping methods
that allows manual invoicing or opened orders.
That really help buyers with specific needs, and brings more business (sincerely).

Really no. I had orders opened for 3+ months, zero problem.
The simple question is: for some buyers, do you want no order right now, or a
bigger (or big or huge) order later?
And in case you don't know the buyer, send some reminder after some delat
"Are you sure you wish to keep this order opened bla...", and if zero reply,
invoice and NPB. It does happen. But less than the fine orders.

| I've had several open orders and generally, they are fine also but since
I do a lot of reverse counting on orders it has messed me up in the past so I

No, it's a space character.
Please understand zillion buyers DO NOT understand that Neutral is a problem
(for sellers).
They neither understand how BL FB profile/other works (counts), so here, it's
just a Neutral feedback from people believing it's neutral, with a neutral
text.
