I have noticed the last few days that my labels are costing .01 more. Labels
that had been $3.42 or $3.58 are now $3.43 and $3.59. Was this published somewhere?

I have also experienced this. eBay labels still come out correctly. They update
something in their rounding software that started overcharging everyone by $0.01
?
