Hi all, I hope someone can help with me this - I Have an order from Germany marked
as pending but the system will not allow me to add postage details ( in orders
placed page ), when I try to add p&p price in the box I get the " you cannot
change prices after an order has been paid for " pop up ", the boxes you type
prices into are the same colour as a paid order - not white as they should be
- order status says pending but i cannot change it no matter what i choose i
get the exact same options. Also on the View order page I have the download receipt
message but no link on the top of the order to download it. That message should
not be there as this order hasn't been invoiced nor paid for. Has this happened
to anyone else - is my only option to cancel this and have the buyer reorder,
any ideas would be appreciated.

Use the Edit order button and change the Payment Status to None:

tried that it won't let me - the payment status box is a different colour
and won't let me click on it. Also it says payment was made by paypal onsite
and I have not received payment in paypal. It even says on the invoiced line
" NO ".

This has happened to me several times with UK buyers but i have always been able
to sort it and invoice but this time the system is convinced the buyer has paid
so i cannot change anything.
