This is the same minifigure as just without the arms. Instead of asking
simply to delete it, can I know why there are 2? Both go in the exact same set
and are exactly the same excluding the arms.
Same with and
All the ghostbusters from that set are like that. Is there a reason? Thank you!

It's to give sellers a choice. Typically, BrickLink will allow only the simpler
build, but in some cases the more complete build is also added to the catalog.
This is a a bit of a gray area and there have been many discussions (some of
them quite heated) over this issue.
