| I happened to find a deal on a local market, 10261 (Roller Coaster) is only asking
for approximate usd $230, new and unopened but the box is quite creased and damaged.
But only $230, is it too good to be true?
He lives near me so we can meet up, but I have never bought a big or expensive
set from an unreliable source. We have agreed that I will open up the box and
check everything, is there any other advice?

I wouldn't say it's too good to be true and you've already agreed
the most important part (check the contents). €230 is not far off the €300ish
prices here and if the box is in a bad shape, the seller knows they can't
get that.
Of the top of my head, that set doesn't include any valuable minifigs worth
the effort to open, re-seal and try to pass as new. If all the numbered bags,
the plates and the rails are there, I wouldn't worry.
As preparation, you can look up online how many bags of each number and how many
unnumbered ones (rails, big plates etc) you should expect. Some review video
must have all that information
Good luck!

Thanks! Is it true that at the moment there isn't 1:1 counterfeit Lego in
the world? (i.e. not be able to distinguish by naked eyes)

As far as I know there is no fake Lego that is marked with LEGO on the studs
etc. except for real Lego minifigs that are printed with a custom print to look
like the real deal.

| Complete set (box, parts, booklets) should weigh about 5800 gram, maybe bring
a scale to get a rough idea of completeness?

| Sounds like a good deal. Just make sure to check the set before leaving so if
there in an issue you can talk to them about it.
Good find though and Good Luck!

Hi all, is there any photos about the detailed bags and parts included in this
set?
I'm going to deal with him a few days later.
