I recognized a revoked right for buying on a users profile.
What reason(s) may lead to such a status?
I tried to find out myself in the terms and help center but was not successful.
Most likely NPB (Non-Paying-Buyer) they order but never pay or communicate.
After three of these you lost your buying priviliges
