| I got sent 11 Light Bluish Gray pieces instead of Light Gray in a 500-piece order.
They aren't particularly rare or expensive pieces either, but in the
giant pile of Light Gray I got sent, it's obvious they aren't the right
color. When I brought this up with the seller, they were like "I know what LBG
looks like when I see it, so I'll refund but I'll have to ban you."
I'm not sure what to do, because regardless if I take the refund or not,
I feel like if I put this in the feedback as Neutral, I'll get dinged for
being "blind" or something.
No win scenario unless I make up a "positive" experience, don't take the
refund, or don't post feedback?

Seller's can do as they please - rightly or wrongly, just as much as you
can un-favorite a store (which I suggest you do in this case).
I found I was banned from a store I'd never visited, let alone purchased.
I discovered that the seller had disliked a post I made (that had absolutely
nothing to do with him personally, or his store) about Lego going "greener" and
he stop-listed me simply for that.
I also got stop-listed by a German store after a package (containing 3 SW mini-figs)
he claimed to have sent never arrived. Strange that the exact same figs were
still in his store weeks later, but that could just be a coincidence.
Anyway, move on. You got a refund. There are plenty more sellers that would value
your custom - choose them instead.

Sorry that you are having this trouble! Are there any indications in this seller's
feedback that they have done this before?
Either way, they are clearly not professional in their response to the error.
I wouldn't mind being banned too much because would you really want to shop
there again?
Leaving a Neutral feedback could well get you a retalitory feedback in return.
So, it's up to you if you want to risk it. Just give the facts clearly and
move on.
Better luck in your future purchases!

Yes, it's unfortunate that this situation occurs, as it suppresses sincere
cautious feedback for a seller who appears to make mistakes. That said, retaliatory
feedback for a buyer is mostly irrelevant and shouldn't be cause for concern.
The seller's response is just as likely to make themselves look bad as the
OP.

Just take the refund. A seller can make mistakes but should not respond like
this, if I were you I wouldn’t want to do business anymore with a seller like
this.
Looking at the picture you are correct, nothing to do with age, it is a mix of
light gray and lbg.

| Whatever occurs while transacting here, at least don’t concern yourself over
the thought of being banned. Our profile has 10 such, yet somehow we still prosper
Don't give it another thought

+1
Been banned from stores I never even visited, just because they didn’t like a
post of mine
Take the refund and move on, there are so many good stores to buy from.
