| HELP!
I got a payment using an e check (through paypal). Bricklink FINALLY marked it
no longer pending (!) late last week after waaay too long but paypal still hasn't
cleared it 15 days later.
The customer is (rightfully so) getting irritated their order hasn't shipped.
I think however they are under the impression that I'm doing something wrong
here and I'm fearing a neg sadly. They say other sellers had no issues from
the same day and they have a decent amount of feedback
Everything I read says 6-10 days to clear. How long is this supposed to take??

Are you sure it's an echeck and not a PayPal system error? I had a May 2nd
order that had the same problem and PayPal had no idea what caused it or how
to fix it. Some kind of system problem they said. I ended up having to cancel
the order.

| When I communicated with the buyer, I used the term echeck several times and
they didn't object, so I presume it is one. Then again you never know with
buyers these days.

I also had the same error recently. I had to set the order to pending, mark it
unpaid, and then send a new invoice so they could pay for the order. It's
likely not an echeck.

I also had the same error recently. I had to set the order to pending, mark it

Adjour, can you try this? Paypal says there is nothing they can do.
Yours was the third of three purchases I made that night, no problem with the
other two. How quickly systems can get fouled up!

| 15 days is too long, even for an eCheck. Should take at most 7 days. Buyer has
to contact Paypal and get this sorted. Nothing you can do.
