Hello!

Can I get an unfair feedback removed somewhere? If so, who do I contact? Buyer
claims he lost money on an order which is false. I couldn't provide 1 fig
that he ordered so I decided to refund him for it, give him free shipping and
provide another figure as a replacement. What else could I have done as a seller
to satisfy this customer? Please help me, thank you!

They won't remove it as it doesn't break any rules. Respond to it saying
you refunded for the missing item and postage.

If you are missing something (and know it) contact the buyer before making the
decision to send the rest of the order. That way, they have the chance to cancel
if it is important.

It's still a false claim in my eyes if he did not lose any money directly
through it. Actually I am the person that lost money on this order just to make
up for the fact that I am short on one copy of the figure he bought.

BL cannot check whether statements are true or false. It is also not necessarily
false. If the buyer had to buy the missing figure from another seller and it
cost them more than in your store, then they have lost money compared to if you
had fulfilled the original order and supplied it at your price.

That's correct. Couldn't they simply tell me to cancel it? Seems like
I will have to live with it. Kinda makes me sad if you try your best and that's
what you get from it.

Did you tell the buyer you couldn't fulfill the order or just decide to send
the order and refund?

It may be that there was nothing you could do to satisfy them, aside from ordering
the figure yourself from another seller and supplying it.

This wont get removed, so be sure to reply to it. Sometimes the reply to a negative
means more to me than the negative itself
