The skeleton torso looks used or stored in a dirty environment. The power miner
is also used but that is the condition stated by the seller. When you buy used
figures, expect to ipe off a bit of dust or dirt.

1. They are not fake Lego.
2. They are used; they're not going to look brand new.
3. I see nothing wrong with anything in any of your pictures except for the slight
dirt on the power miner, but that listing specifically mentions lower quality.
I have no idea what you're trying to show in the first picture of the head.
If for some reason you think that head is fake, you are completely wrong as that
is the older style of head.
Finally, if you are this picky, stick with new.

Most of these were listed as new (except for the Power Miner).
I really doubt the skeleton torso is actually new but was soiled from storage.
Chances are, it was used.
The Ninjago armour looks fake to me, but I am not 100% certain it could be a
different mould.
Sometimes fake items slip past us. It has happened to me too. But that is for
used pieces. If a part is really new, you know where it came from.
But my best guess is that this seller routinely lists used items as new unless
they visibly look used.

My apologies; I did not realize that was supposed to be new. With that knowledge,
then yes, that is obviously not new and should not have been listed as such.

The head? What in the world makes you think it's fake? That's the older
blocked-open variant. Do a quick search on bricklink and you'll find hundreds
of heads here with that stud type.

| In the end you have done everything you can do, clearly this seller has no idea
what customer service is. Make sure to add to your least favorite stores and
just let it go, life is too short to worry about a few dollars worth of Lego.
Just think of how desperate you have to be to not refund a buyer a few dollars
to resolve an issue? This is the type of complex I see every once and while,
where no matter what, this type of person can not admit fault even with clear
evidence. I saw your video and the figure looked pretty gross, something I have
seen before in my own ordering.
There are a few sellers here that don't care, but the overwhelming majority
do.

What makes you think it is earwax? There are many other things it could be for
a used figure. I'm just wondering why someone would stick a hairless figure
into their ear.

| its a medium orange color and also I'm pretty sure he got it from a bulk
lot probably previously owned by a someone who had lego as a kid but has grown
out of lego I genuinely don't want to argue

If a seller had to supply their own image then there would not be any cheap parts
/ minifigs here. Who is going to spend time photographing then resizing images
for a few pennies, then make sure they send the right one that matches tge photo.
Plus the seller would angle it to make it look its best, not worst, and only
one image is allowed.
