Part #3626cpb2421 was created in 2019 so I'm guessing this is the listing
that should stay. The listing for part #3626cpb2998 is the newest created listing
and should be deleted.

We're not sure if these are intended to be the same but there is a small
difference in the eyebrow shape on the open mouth side of these.

They will remain separate parts for now but their titles have been amended and
a relationship between them has been added.
