| I assume I have something configured wrong in my settings, but I don't get
any indication within Bricklink itself of a new received order - I do receive
the order email, although usually the first I know about an order is PayPal telling
me someone's sent me money.
The attached screenshot was taken 5 minutes after one came in today, and before
I'd done anything other than read the email notification. As you can see,
I have no unread BL messages, and apparently no actions required for received
orders! I don't have to invoice as it was instant checkout (though it would
appear the same if I did need to generate an invoice) but I do have the minor
actions of packing and shipping the order still to do.
The help page linked from "Learn More" suggests order received actions include
invoicing, shipping and leaving feedback. Is there a setting I need to turn on
for these to appear, or are they just broken?

Click the button on top that says Customize View and select all the check boxes
in the selling tab.

Hmm, thank you but unfortunately it's not that. I hadn't noticed that
settings page (at least not for this issue) but I've checked it now and all
boxes are already selected, for both selling and buying.

| Instead of going to the "My BL" tab, go to "My Store".
I have the same display as you when I go to "My BL".
You'll notice that on the Site Map https://www.bricklink.com/siteMap.asp
there isn't any seller info listed under "My BrickLink".
