Hi!

I would like to cancel an order. It was paid and was set to "paid". I have paid
back the money but I cannot cancel the order. What do I have to do?

Open the order and on the order summary page click the blue hyperlink text at
the top "Rport a problem". Then follow the options.

I have already tried that. Then I can only write to the buyer nothing else.

You need to change the status of the order so that it is not paid.

Either use the 'Issue Refund' button at the top of the order or
Use the 'Edit Order' button all the way down the bottom of the order
(see pic).

After that you should be able to go to the 'Report Problem' link and
file an OCR (Order Cancel Request).
