| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 2 Part 4073 Trans-Green Plate, Round 1 x 1
* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Trans-Green Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue

It has been agreed that in all sets before 1991, round 1x1 plates came with sprues.

It has been agreed that in all sets before 1991, round 1x1 plates came with sprues.

This is exactly how I expect inventoryc change requests to be done.
However I tried the same thing in this thread

and wanted to walk the OP through how to submit the correct inventory change
request. I also spent time to correct various thing in this set, found out the
existence of multiple variations of instructions and boxes but it looks you added
the extra necessary change requests without helping the OP on how to do them.
In this set, you also applied the necessary changes so at the end of the day,
the OP did not get a chance to redo and submit all changes on his own
