| Hi all,
I found a new mold in the new set:
We have a new mold for the ears pieces.
There's no evident esternal aesthetic differences but underside we have two
hollow spaces.
Looking better we can also see that new piece has on the side the sprue of the
mold (even the older has it but less prominent).
Another difference, being picky, is the shape of the hole. Both has a sort of
squared circle underside (for the clutch power) but in the new mold this "squared"
part continue to the top.
So, I can say that there aren't evident functional difference (maybe more
clutch power in the new one).
Weight of 25264: 0.12 (i cannot explain why the weight in the database is 0,5g)
Weight of 86695: 0.11

I have added an additional note and added your comparison images to the part
entry. I have also added this part to the "Unsplit Part Variants" list:

The last thing that I did was update the weight of the part to 0.12g and give
you credit for it.
