| I’m looking for the following sets and wanted to see if anyone would match the
lowest prices I found, also they would be shipped to VA USA:

Why not just buy them at those prices if they are available at those prices.

Which is then the pricing of big vs small stores issue. Sellers with a wide range
of stock don't need to price match small stores and can charge more per item
as they are still attractive to buyers. Whereas small stores often have to undercut
to make sales if they are to be attractive after postage costs for one or a small
selection of items.

Exactly, big stores that may have all of these are most likely retailing as well
and are going to have overhead expenses etc... The OP is better off going to
a convention, like BrickFair VA, which is in his area and see if he can gather
them up in one place.

| He's also looking at the lowest price worldwide and wanting a US seller to
price match.
