Can someone please remind me how to download
a list of all orders (including purged) for 2021 as csv.

I forgot how I was doing this and I can not find it.

As a buyer:
https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=placed

As a seller:
https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=received

The download links are at the bottom of the lists of orders… except when the
lists are empty
So you need to bookmark them or write them down somewhere… or ask on the forum
