From an NIB content. The cord is loose inside a bag (not wrapped around some cardboard as seen on the photo of the item on BL)

I don't think it ever should have had the undetermined string and the determined
string as alternates.

I think the way I note alternates when I part out sets caused me to delete the
undetermined one from my inventory while sorting when I found the determined
one, so it wasn't left at the end to correct the inventory. I must not have
noticed the oddity of having a determined and undetermined piece as alternates
to each other.
