I have sent repeated tickets this entire past week to the help desk regarding
the suspension of my store and they got back to me within 24 hours twice and
then never responded even though I sent in multiple requests.
It is absolutely urgent that I need to talk to the desk and I am getting zero
response whatsoever. Are there any recommendations on how to get through?

Maybe they lower the priority if people send multiple requests about the same
thing. If they asked for information did you supply exactly what was asked for?
It can be stressful but you have to think of it from there end they have a little
group of staff and i can only imagine the amount of tickets that pile up keep
the hope alive

i have found that using the help center at the bottom of the screen is a waste
of time but when i sent an email direct to customersupport@bricklink.com my query
was given a support ticket number and was sorted out quite quickly
