Hi there,

I've been trying to make an order with someone through Bricklink's manual
invoice, but to do that, since the weight of the package is small I had to temporarily
disable my instant shipping option. The only two options that remain are both
manual invoices, one for domestic and the other for international. But when they
try to make the order, they are not able to and only see a "No shipping methods
available" even though I have them available. Also note, they are a brand new
user (0 feedback), so maybe that is why. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you

There is a 'Seller Protection' option, that only allows new users to
use instant checkout (see pic). Maybe you have this ticked so they can not use
manual invoice.

Thank you so much! Now it works, kind of. They can select the manual invoice
option, but only when I have the instant checkout disabled. If I have instant
checkout enabled then it only shows that option. Is this on purpose, or can I
fix it?
