The original inventory was probably submitted based on the catalogue image.
As we know now, catalogue- and even box- and instruction images do not always
show the actual items TLG used, when production started.

This set is from 1980 and probably has only Signs with Surface print. Maybe some
leftovers, but the timeline of the following Parking Signs is:
