I sold 1 yesterday, less than 24 hours ago for about €100 less than it is today!
And of course, I would have liked it differently but this is outrageous, this
isn’t normal.

I think it is somewhat normal these days. High demand but low supply. A somewhat
minor figure (minor enough to be produced only once before) suddenly gets hyped
up and many people want him. It's good times for those that have him and
were quick enough to reprice him.

It is the Obi-wan Kenobi trailer that is causing prices to hike. I saw the trailer
myself and looked to pick some up before the price skyrocketed, but alas I was
to late and it was around $50, now closer to $90.

I have one available, used, but in very good condition, at where the market is
at now, would it be a hold or sell? I am worried that it selling for $90 now
will drop substantially if a new one comes out from Kenobi….. I am really split
on the decision whether to sell now and try to buy a newer one from a new Kenobi
set….. Any advice?

It's a gamble. A new one is likely to have better / more modern printing
... but that is if they do a ew one.
Personally, I'd stick it on for $100 or maybe $125.
