| I ordered something from a seller in Russia a little over a week before the war
started. I have tracked the package but it has been stuck in Moscow for a week
now and I'm starting to think I'm never going to get it. Is there any
way for something like this to be resolved? I feel like I got shafted.

| Difficult times but I wouldn’t assume that they are being dishonest.
Contact the seller and see if you can work something out as it could take a very
long time to arrive if at all.

Contact and work with the seller, there are 2 people caught in this situation.
neither of them are at fault or in control. Maybe the seller can recall the package
or contact someone to see what options are available.

You can wait until it gets released. Then it will either make its way to you
or back to the seller. Postage will be heavily delayed due to air restrictions.

I am certain you didn't get shafted on purpose, by anyone.
We, in the US (and many European Countries) had way better news coverage, of
the risk, than they likely had in Russia, weeks before the actual invasion started.

I buy from all different countries for all different things for decades and never,
ever, lost one package.
