| My designer sets were supposed to arrive last Friday. Everyday the tracking is
update to say that it should be arriving that day, but it never shows "out for
delivery". Just gives a "package was delayed" at the end of the day with a new
estimated deliver for the next day. Every morning there's new scan so I'm
99% sure they haven't lost it.
We've been having delays with fedex for months now but nothing like this.
Anyone else having issues with them?

There are delays once and a while in my region, but I've not seen anything
to this extent. My guess might be that is has to do with drivers and availability
in your specific distribution center. Like you said they keep getting update
so you know there are still there. I hope they are still in good condition when
they show up.

There are delays once and a while in my region, but I've not seen anything

That's probably the cause. We're a very rural area, with drivers changing
almost every week. Every driver says this is the least favorite route and nobody
wants it.
Funny thing is though, a fed-ex van just drove by our house.

| I had a one day delay due to the weather, but I received it the next day (Saturday).
All I ordered was the castle and haven't had many fedex packages recently.

| Mine made it all the way to my state (Arizona), it was supposed to be delivered
today and it was last scanned this morning at a location about 45 minutes away
from me but now it says 'weather delay'. Our high temp is 82 degrees
today, they have to stop using 'weather delay' for everything!

Which FedEx (Ground or the traditional one and two day delivery) ? That makes
a big difference. Many of the ground packages are being delivered by sub-contractors.

a big difference. Many of the ground packages are being delivered by sub-contractors.

It's Fed-ex home delivery. So last night about 10 PM it said it left the
destination facility, then at 7:30 this morning it got scanned back at the destination
facility. There is now no estimated arrival.

From the FedEx page ...
"FedEx Home Delivery is a ground shipping service that delivers to residential
areas. It is faster to more residential locations than UPS Ground. FedEx Home
Delivery also delivers to more residential locations than UPS Ground on the weekend."
Sounds like some middle ground delivery method. Call FedEx and ask them what
is up with that tracking number. It is entirely possible they are short staffed
(and getting deluged with parcels).

| It was probably put on the truck to be delivered but the driver probably ran
out of time and came back with it.
You see this often in December with FedEx.

Yes, I am. I have an incoming package that was originally supposed to be delivered
last Friday. That didn't happen, so after a few days of "pending" it was
changed to today.
Today is almost over and it's still in another state. Now the status is back
to "pending".
