Hi!

We are currently in an ordering run and found that some large shops which we
have bought from in the past without any issues are throwing up errors when attempting
to place an order with instant checkout. Two gave us a 'your cart has changed'
and it hadn't. Two gave us an 'order batch id mismatch' error and
in all four cases when we placed the order with request for invoice it went through.

Update: this isn't in all shops, it appears to be random.
