Hi guys,

I encounter a seller who has been harassing me. Any idea how to block his message?

What happened was the seller sent a wrong item and there was no solution between
us. I filed a case on Paypal but find it was not worth to resend the wrong item
as the return mailing is to be absorbed by me.

For no reason after a month after the case on Paypal is closed, the seller resorted
to spamming me in Bricklink and accused me many things. It is till the extend
I have enough of it and consider going to the police.

Unfortunately you can’t block his messages, but you can add the seller to your
least favorite list so they don’t come up in future searches.

If that's the case, the "block a buyer" feature should be changed to "block
a user". If a seller can block any user from ordering and sending message, a
buyer should be able to block a seller (or any other user) from doing the same
thing.

What was the ordered item? What was received?

Did you close the case at PayPal because you didn't want to return it, or
did they refund you and you have still kept the item?

Presumably the seller feels that you have taken advantage or them. Obviously
that is not an excuse for harassing a buyer, but if you have both the money and
item (it is not clear from what you have written), then it is understandable
that a seller would want the return of the item. If it was their mistake, they
should pay for the return postage.

If you'd use an e-mail Client application like Thunderbird, you can easily
set up an automatic mark read + go to SPAM or even send to garbage Filter...

I guess this must exist in others clients or even webmails.

And of course report this one to BL.

Hoping it helps?
