Hello,

I built a lego desert eagle moc by Still_Thinking, and was wondering the legality
of selling the actual physical built item, giving credit to the creator. It isn’t
exactly built by the instructions, and has some color discrepancies, and some
improvements. I was thinking listing it as a custom item, would this be ok? I’ll
attach a picture below.

Thanks NG

I think it is okay. I often borrow from others in my designs and no one has complained.

If you are selling outside your country, that will most likely get caught by
customs. Imagine being a postal agent and seeing that on the xray.
