| Hello, I was wondering how I can cancel a packed order that I have already payed
for a shipping label for. It was by request from the buyer, and we agreed that
he would still pay for shipping. I cannot find a way to cancel the order, even
at the Problem page in bricklink. Can someone give me a way to figure this out
/ some helpful info?

| I believe you have 48 hours to cancel the postage as well. I'd think you
need to reset the order status to ready to do anything with it after it's
been paid.

I don't know how other sites work but I believe with Pirate Ship you can
cancel any label you don't actually use. A refund does take some time - it's
not instantaneous.

Refund the payment. Click on the Refund button on the order details page.
With the edit order button you can change the payment status as none and the
order status to pending. Then you can cancel the order.
Maybe you need to separate the payment status from the order status in the settings.
