Store: Hobby Brix
I changed my address to buy something and have it delivered to my parents, but
forgot about the changing country rule. So my store was auto-closed. I changed
back to my original country, but the store remains closed. Also the verification
process is locked as completed. Posted two messages to admin, but nothing happens.
Store remains closed.

Two things:

It is ridiculous that a buyer and seller account are interlinked causing issues
between the two functions.

Secondly, admin should respond much quicker to closed store issues. Not that
I am selling much, but its frustrating how this process works.

Has to be looked at.

If an admin reads this, can you please unlock my store. Thanks.

If you change your address at checkout does it cause these problems? I will
occasionally purchase items for others (without changing country) and I change
my address at checkout (not in settings).
This has created no problems for my account.

If they don't ship to your country, you get: "DOES_NOT_SHIP: You will be
redirected to the cart page." It doesn't let you get to the shipping part.

AFAIK, it’s when you change the country that your store gets closed.

I don’t know about changing US State (for taxes reasons…).

Buyer shipping address and store location address should be completely separate.
BL needs to fix this, but I am sure it will end up at the bottom of an endless
things-to-fix list.

I truly appreciate this platform, but there has to be A MUCH quicker response
to store issues. At least that would be a workaround until stuff is permanently
fixed.
