| Is anyone else experiencing issues trying to refund through the system. Done
this plenty of times so not doing anything different to usual?

Is it a paypal order? Do you have enough money in your paypal account?

| It is Paypal and there's always a good float there. This feels like it is
an error at Bricklink side as the error came back straight away before it would
even have time to look at Paypal.

I get the same error on at least 1/3 of refund attempts (though a small number
of events). All are PayPal, all had funds in PayPal at the time.
I usually give up after a couple of attempts and just refund via PayPal.

| I had this over and over today. But then I realised I had no funds in my PayPal
account. Topped that up and refund worked first time. It'd be helpful if
they told you that somewhere though. Give it a go, hope it's helpful x

| There was a message a few weeks ago saying the issue was when a seller tried
to add a note to the refund. I got it when I selected postage overcharge in the
drop down box and then described the refund and reason in the box provided. When
I removed my message and just used the drop down box postage overcharge it worked
fine.
