I like to add a payment method. I have already sent BL a message about it but
no answer.
Has anyone tips or triks to make it happen?

You need to contact the Helpdesk and request to add IBAN as payment method:

| Same issue here. I've contacted the helpdesk on Feb 2nd. No reply so far.
