| Not only is this the slowest platform we have ever used. But now they have
eliminated customer service. No more phone number, and live chat is now gone.
Emails, I am on day 5 of waiting for a response. Anyone else having issues?

| On the full version if you type: "help" followed by "help" in the chat box it
gets you to a real person. Hope this helps.

| It does, but even the full version it's hard to get support. Not sure if
the interface is the same for the paypal version for the "help" and then "Help"
to work.
