Hi,
Im 99% sure all of these are non-Lego. I know the red window frame is Mega Blocks.
Not sure about the rest. Does anyone know?

I hate chucking things in the bin, are these even worth listing on another site?

All NON-LEGO - bin material IMHO. I have no knowledge of other sites with sale
of NON-LEGO parts apart from ebay and so.
