| I'm trying to clean up my shipping methods because I like things nice and
tidy.
You can only remove a shipment method if that method currently isn't in an
active status; ie; not marked as completed.
I've got at least a dozen where it's been 2+ months and they haven't
even marked the package as received.
Is there any way around this?

| In 6 months the orders will be purged from Bricklink. Meanwhile you can file
them. Or mark them as completed by your self.

That's what I'm trying to figure out how to do; they're ghosted and
I can't click on the status tabs for some orders such as these.

If an order is at 'recieved' it is only the buyer that can then change
the status.
You will always get a certain percentage of orders that the buyer will never
acknowledge or change the status. Don't worry about it. If there is anything
wrong with the order the customer will definately let you know.

You can disable those shipping methods - just not delete them.
Once the orders are purged (6 months), you can delete.
