There are two cords but I can only see one used in the models presented on the
box arts or instructions.
No extra
I don't know what sourve viejos had in 2009 when he added it as extra.
For trans-clear
are used in multiple models.
There is only one
and I only fount it used in one model.

The extra's were added by Viejos, based on sealed set contents from a Canadian
set.
After extra info I approved your requests, except removing the extra Wrench /
Screwdriver, which was definately included as extra. I also changed your second
string to extra, like you said, it is only used once.
