| I had an order from Germany and because of order value I had to manually calculate
and add postage costs, but BrickLink website has locked this option and says
that I cannot amend shipping price after order has already been paid. But it
has not been paid! I certainly have not received any payments from the buyer.
Does anybody else facing the same issues and how can I contact BrickLink team
to report this? It seems to be impossible to contact them and navigation in this
site is absolutely terrible, too. Any help would be much appreciated.

Use the Edit Order link at the bottom of the Order Detail page. There you can
see the settings for Order Status and Payment Status.
Your buyer may have marked their order paid without being invoiced.
