| Is there a way to fine tune the minimum purchase setting, say $10 for Domestic
orders and $50 for International?
I've started blocking countries altogether because it just isn't worth
all the time and money to ship $10 orders overseas especially considering the
PayPal fees for the shipping is more than the order itself.
I would rather hold fast to my policy of only charging straight shipping without
any handling or added fees, but the fact of the matter is International shipping
is a much larger drain on resources and time.

Not 100% sure it will work, but you can put a minimum order amount on each shipping
method.
