| I had an order this afternoon and 3 of 10 items showed a negative quantity remaining.
All of the three shared this general pattern:
We had X parts for sale.
Buyer purchased X parts.
Stock remaining was listed as -2X. (And put in stockroom).
I then checked another lot.
We previously had 82 parts for sale.
Buyer purchased 22 parts.
Lot showed 16 parts remaining.
It subtracted the triple the number of parts actually sold on all of these lots.
There are 6 more lots in the order that I have yet to check, but some of them
have remaining quantities in the thousands, so I am loathe to count them all
up.
Has anyone else had this problem?
What factors contribute if anything is known?

Do you have 2 orders in progress? Sometimes when the payment didn't go through,
the parts could show unavailable for a while, 10 minutes.

| Thanks for the thoughts and questions.
There weren't any additional orders pending at the time. I did end up confirming
that all lots were adjusted by exactly 3x what they should have been adjusted
by.
I submitted a ticket with technical support as well, but no reply from them.
Other orders have come in since, but they were not affected by this issue.

I had this happen to an order on the 1st. The lots that sold out went to the
stockroom but the ones that didn't sell out were still listed but as a negative
amount. Could even see them in the 'currently available' parts as a negative
number.
Seems like it was a one-off as none of my orders have had the issue since. Luckily
it was only a 22 lot order and not 100+ lots.

Maybe some syncing software going of rails?
Try and see if it has some kind of logging and look at it around the order time
to see if that gives some clue.
