| I've had an enquiry from a potential buyer today with a couple of sensible
questions, one of which I thought would be answered more clearly with an accompanying
photo. However I can't see any means of sending one without taking the conversation
outside the BL messaging system.
Am I missing something obvious, as is quite often the case?

To my knowledge you can not send photos through BL to other users. I typically
reply to the message in the BL system and note that I will also be sending an
external email with attached pictures to review. This way the conversation is
still recorded internally.

Thank you! Good to know I'm not just missing things too. In this case I'll
probably stick the photos on Imgur and send them the link internally, as we haven't
yet exchanged emails.

You can upload images on your About Me page. Go to the About Me link on your
myBrickLink page, then click on images in upper right corner. I think from there
you can give your buyer a link to your page. There's also info to linking
to images on this help page:

That's really useful to know, thanks! Happy to say that the Imgur approach
worked this time, and the buyer has ordered the set, but I'll use your suggestion
in future.
