Which is a darn shame. Like pink Minifig arms, they are pretty unlikely to fix
their omission now.

Part 3004 in Earth Orange appears to have a photo as well but doesn't appear
in any sets, nor does it appear to be a NPP. The part in the photo looks and
is almost definitely Dark Orange.

Agree. Earth Orange would need to be shot in very poor light to look like that
and the background doesn't seem to have been affected.
